Westoberfest - A New England Craft Beer Tasting Event in Downtown Westport, Saturday October 19th, 2019.
Includes live music, family attractions, food vending, pop up farmers market and a live rally of air cooled classic cars!!
This exciting new event is produced and sponsored by Westport Downtown Merchants Association, partnering with The Grapevine, Westport’s newest wine, beer and liquor store, and Sono Beer Festival Director, Jill Dunn (firstname.lastname@example.org).

Located in a new landscaped parking lot on Elm Street, steps away from Westport's renowned Main Street and Church Lane retail areas, beer tasting is rain or shine with large scale tented tasting area.
Plenty of close by public parking on-street and in 4 additional downtown lots.
WDMA markets to beer fest followers as well as local Westporters and residents of Fairfield County's gold coast towns.
Brew origins and descriptions will be curated at website for ticket patrons to follow up before and after event.

WDMA checks patron ID’s and requires individuals to wear wrist bands so you know who to pour to.

We purchase your beers
Brewers Must bring:
Serving equipment including jockey box, CO2, keg buckets, drip bucket
Promotional materials such as banners, stickers, posters, coasters, etc.
Basic on the day logistics: The tasting experience runs 2.00-5.00pm, a horn will sound to start the pouring. You are invited to begin your set up from noon, we encourage everyone to be there by 1.00pm, as the area will already be busy with patrons looking at kids stuff, farmers market, food, vendors. Our event is on Elm street within a no traffic barricaded section and actually set up in a beautiful new parking lot. There is no room for brewers cars at the event site, you can drop off your items and put your vehicle in the Town Hall Parking lot close by on Myrtle Ave, where you can stay for hours with no restrictions! We go all out until 5.00pm when you are free to break down and leave.
These load in instructions will be emailed to you directly a couple of days before the event and we will also give you pouring instructions for the table regarding tasting glasses or tickets!
PLEASE NOTE: If you do not come with the serving equipment items you will not be permitted to pour at the festival. If you do not have access to any of the above mentioned PLEASE LET JILL DUNN KNOW ASAP
